Coming up we’ve got an evening with Professor Sue Black, of BBC2’s History Cold Case series. Professor Black will talk about how her team uncovered the secrets of a medieval knight whose skeleton was discovered at the castle. Read on to find out how you could win tickets to this fantastic talk!

We’re also holding talks by the top Scottish archaeologist who spent years investigating the past of the palace residences. All talks are included in your entrance to the castle.
