Register in advance for your free pass
What better way to celebrate St Andrew’s Day than with a free pass to some of Scotland’s most stunning attractions?
The Historic Scotland Pass to the Past allows free entry to over 40 properties across the country including Edinburgh and Stirling Castles and is valid for up to 2 adults and 3 children over the weekend of 26th and 27th 2011 November.
To add to the fun, we are challenging pass holders to visit as many sites as they can in the weekend with our Route to Royalty competition.
Participants can print off the 'Route to Royalty Parchment' from the website and collect seals from each of the attractions they visit. You may start off as a peasant, but take in some of Scotland's spellbinding sites and you'll be royalty in no time.
After gathering five seals, you'll be given a special code from our staff on site. Post this on to Historic Scotland's Facebook or Twitter page and you could be in with the chance of being crowned as our very own King or Queen, picking up a prestigious V.I.P prize in the process.
