It’s Christmas as it should be – traditional carols, sung by candlelight in the Great Hall of Stirling Castle. Carols at the Castle looks like being a very popular event, so it’s really worth booking in advance.

This year we are welcoming members of the National Youth Choir of Scotland to perform a selection of classic favourites. It’s a wonderful combination, some of Scotland’s finest young voices in one of the country’s most atmospheric settings. The singers will be joined by costumed performers who will delight guests with their storytelling, adding a whole extra dimension to the evening.

Carols at the Castle offers a wonderful family evening out and takes place at 7pm on the 19th of December, and will get the Christmas week off to a delightful start.

Tickets are £12 each and £9 for Historic Scotland members and concessions.
