Gala Dinner


Following in the footsteps of kings and queens of centuries past, the historic surroundings of Stirling Castle provide the ideal setting to celebrate a traditional Scottish gala evening in the 16th -century Great Hall.


Drinks Reception

On arrival guests are welcomed into Stirling Castle by a piper for a drinks reception in the Chapel Royal.


Gala Dinner and Entertainment

Guests are piped into the magnificent Great Hall for the gala dinner. A chieftain haggis is ceremoniously piped in, addressed and guests are asked to toast the haggis. A clarsach player entertains throughout dinner.


The spectacular beating retreat performance is the grand finale to the evening.
