The views from the ramparts are simply fantastic on clear winter’s day – it’s like being king or queen of the castle. The summer crowds have flown and the atmosphere can be especially pleasant and relaxed. Nonetheless, we still try to make sure there’s a daily programme which we hope will please everyone.
