This time of year people are often thinking about shaping up and shedding the odd pound. So if you are determined to develop a healthier lifestyle come along to the castle. No, we are not opening a gym, but there is the chance to get some good old-fashioned exercise from a walking tour of the castle followed by a healthy lunch at the Unicorn Café.
